Warner Bros Asks New Yorkers To See Tenet In Theaters Despite 6 Month Delay

Even though the movie was released last August and is already available on home video, Warner Bros still wants New York City audiences to travel to the cinema for Christopher Nolan’s Tenet after all.

In a new video ad, the narrator says “New York City – big movies are back in theaters now” over clips of Tenet.

While some New York theaters have reopened on March 5, Regal locations remain closed and AMC Lincoln Square won’t get the IMAX 70mm print of the movie until March 12. Capacity is limited to 25% and all shows must have no more than 50 people.
